How Do I Get My Stuff Back From a Phisher/Scammer?

SmallWorlds cannot compensate players for items, tokens or gold lost to scammers or phishers.

However, if you have purchased items through the SmallWorlds Store with real money within the last 3 months, we may consider some form of compensation. This is done on a case by case basis, so if this applies to you, please contact our customer services team by clicking here.

How To Keep Your Stuff Safe

There are no ‘glitches’, ‘hacks’, ‘cheats’ or other shortcuts to get free Gold, Tokens, and/or items. Scammers often make videos, create webpages, or friend you inworld just to tempt you into giving away your personal details.

NEVER GIVE YOUR PASSWORD TO ANYONE!

If someone says they work for SmallWorlds and asks for your password, they’re lying. Nobody from SmallWorlds will ever ask for your password.

If you get an inworld message asking for your password, report it. No SmallWorlds staff member will ever message you to offer you Gold.

Gold cannot be added to your account by a player accessing your account. Never give your password to anyone. Report anyone who asks for it.

DON’T ‘LOAN’ YOUR ITEMS

Nothing in the game can be ‘loaned’. If someone asks for a loan they are most likely trying to scam you. Once you give something away you can only get it back if that person decides to give it back to you.
