If You Keep Getting Logged Out Or Get An Error Trying To Log In

ERROR 1: SmallWorlds Has Opened In Another View

If you keep getting logged out of world and get an error that says "SmallWorlds has opened in another view":

- This could indicate your account has been compromised and another player is accessing it. If you have given your email and/or password to ANYONE, you should immediately change your password.

- Clear your browser's cache and cookies. (Click here for instructions if you're not sure how to do this).

- If you have SmallWorlds Sidekick installed on a mobile device, trying logging out of it or uninstalling it (if the problem continues).

- If you've tried all that and you still get the error, please contact our customer services team by clicking here.

ERROR 2: Unable To Login With These Details

If you get an error that says "Unable To Login With These Details" when you enter your email and password into the login screen:

- Double check the email address and password you are typing in. (That error means that one of these does not match our records).

- This error could indicate your account has been compromised and another player has accessed it and changed your password. If you have given your email and/or password to ANYONE, please contact our customer services team by clicking here. Note that we usually cannot refund your losses in this case.

ERROR 3: 403 Forbidden Error

If you keep getting a 403 error, please contact our customer services team by clicking here, and they will be able to help.

Any Other Error

If your problem is not one of the ones listed above:

- Clear your browser's cache and cookies. (Click here for instructions if you're not sure how to do this).

- If you still get the error after clearing cache and cookies, please contact our customer services team by clicking here.
