When submitting a ticket to our payment or support teams you may be asked to provide a transaction ID. Sometimes it can be difficult to locate a transaction ID, especially if the payment was not made using your own email address.
The following information should help you to easily locate your payment transaction ID.
- Check your email for a payment receipt from the payment provider (not the confirmation email from SmallWorlds)

Please provide the PayPal email used for purchase as well as the date and amount of your payment.
If you made your payment using PayPal Pay with Mobile (Zong) or Open Bucks
We suggest that you contact them directly as they provide billing support internally.
