Occasionally you may purchase an item or space, and it won't appear in your inventory. This is an intermittent known bug, and we are working on fixing it.
If this happens to you:
1. Refresh your inventory or Spaces Panel by clicking the Refresh button.
2. If it is an item that is missing, you could try purchasing another inexpensive item, such as a food item. This will force a full inventory refresh and the item may then appear.
3. If your space or item still isn't showing up, please clear your browser's cache and cookies. (Click here for instructions if you're not sure how to do this).
4. If the space or item is still not showing up,please contact our customer services team by clicking here and they will look into it for you. Please provide all details including:
- The full name of the avatar that purchased the item or space.
- The full name of the item or space that you bought.
- The date/time the transaction took place.
