This is an intermittent issue that's a known bug. We are working on fixing this issue.

If it has happened to you, please contact our customer services team by clicking here, and they will reverse the extra charge for you.

Please provide all details including:

  • The full name of the avatar that purchased the item or space.
  • The full name of the item or space that you bought.
  • The date/time the transaction took place.
