This could be due to many factors, but more than likely it is due to payment reversals.
Please check your transaction history under your account information to identify why the gold was taken from your account.
1. Locate your account information section (select the cog in your menu bar)
2. Select transactions from the left side bar
If you have not recently disputed any payments, or if you have not been recently granted any refunds, then we suggest that you contact our payments team by clicking here, and they will investigate further.
