If you’re having trouble logging in it could be for one of these reasons:
- You are entering the wrong details: Check that your email and password are spelled correctly.
- You have forgotten your password: If you don’t remember your password click on the ‘Forgot password?’ link below the password field and follow the steps to recover your password.
- You have been banned from the game: If you are shown a message saying your account is locked you need to check your email for further details.
- You have deleted the Authenticator app and cannot input the code: If that’s the case please refer to this article.
- There’s an issue with your Facebook connection. You can disconnect your Facebook login by following these steps only if your account has an email address associated with it.
