Occasionally when paying using our payment provider Xsolla, players will be asked for a 4-digit pin to confirm their payment. This is standard practice for companies like PayPal to confirm a new account.
In order to find your code, please complete the following steps:
1. Create a new payment
2. Check your online banking account statement
3. A code will be generated in the description of a hold transaction for $1 or less
This is a hold transaction created specifically to send your code. The transaction will eventually be refunded to you.
Please note that this code only lasts for 3 hours, should your code expire please attempt to create a new payment.
